mixed greens, red onion, goat cheese, toasted walnuts

sautéed shrimp, mixed greens, cucumbers, red onion,
tomatoes, bell peppers, avocado and tossed
with a lime cilantro vinaigrette


The Fitness Lab's Black And Blue Salad

blackened steak, rubbed with all the super energy spices,
crumbly blue cheese, romaine lettuce, hard boiled egg,
bacon, spicy herb apple cider vinaigrette


Nicoise Salad

grilled salmon, green beans, potatoes, red onion, hard
boiled egg, black olives, honey apple cider Dijon dressing


Cajun Seared Salmon Salad

romaine and spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions,
spiced roasted chick peas, pecans and almonds,
buttermilk dressing


Green Fuel Salad

roast chicken, iceberg lettuce, fennel, kale, radish, tomatoes,
asparagus, avocado, toasted pecans and a rice wine vinaigrette,
recommended by Tony Greco.
