blackened steak, rubbed with all the super energy spices,
crumbly blue cheese, romaine lettuce, hard boiled egg, bacon,
herbed apple cider vinaigrette


Cajun Seared Salmon Salad

romaine and spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, spiced
roasted pecans and almonds, buttermilk dressing


Green Fuel Salad

roast chicken, iceberg lettuce, fennel, kale, radish, tomatoes,
asparagus, avocado, toasted pecans and a rice wine vinaigrette,
recommended by Tony Greco
